Architects, engineers and coaches — one team, close to your business.
Coderon is a boutique advisory and engineering firm based in Bielsko-Biała, Poland. We work across two pillars that reinforce each other: software and cloud engineering and architecture, and alongside it the development of leaders through coaching. On the technical side we design architectures, take systems and AI solutions from prototype to production, and train teams in what we do ourselves every day — we have deep AWS experience, but it is architecture, not a particular vendor, that is the starting point. On the people side we support business owners and managers with their technology and leadership decisions through coaching delivered by a certified coach. The boutique scale is a deliberate choice: you work directly with the people who actually deliver, and we take responsibility for what we recommend.
Practice, not theory
We do not sell slideware. Every recommendation comes from experience building and operating production systems in the cloud, not from a presentation detached from code and operations.
Architecture first
We specialise in software and cloud architecture and in AI engineering. We have deep AWS expertise, but we fit the solution to the problem, free of single-vendor lock-in and the risk of tying your business to one ecosystem.
Two pillars, one partner
Engineering and architecture govern how your systems behave. Coaching supports the people who decide about those systems. The same values — concreteness, honesty, and accountability — connect both areas and let us look at the business as a whole rather than in fragments.
Working close to the team
We work side by side with your engineers and transfer knowledge during the engagement, not only at the end. Our goal is that, once the project is done, your team is self-sufficient and not dependent on a consultant.
